A Civil engineer with post graduation in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR, Mr Ghanshyam has proven leadership skills and experience of more than 19 years in managing large scale residential and commercial projects combined valued at more than Rs. 1000 crores. Along with hardcore works execution management skills focused on improving quality of works at every stage of execution, he has shown special interest and acumen in establishing management strategies and processes suited for each project with the objective of timely completion of projects at optimum cost.
He is known to have special abilities in foreseeing project risks and mitigation strategies which has helped clients to have smooth progress, thus minimizing cost of deviations and unforeseen expenses. Above all he being an ardent negotiator and extensive experience in vendor relationship management, makes him a highly valuable contributor in procurement management and contract administration processes.

An elite professional lady graduated in Electronic & Telecommunication with supporting work experience as Proffesor in Mumbai Engg college & HR manager in an reputed firm. She is well experienced at developing, establishing and improving HR, CRM & Media operations; fundamentally influence revenue generation capabilities and the client management process.
Experienced on field and back office both which consistently enhances processes, expertly manages multiple work teams, and works effectively with all key stakeholders to outshine, improve & propagate the brand of our company. An astute Architect with post graduation in Sustainable Urban Planning Management from VNIT, Mrs Archana has proven Design & Planning skills and experience of more than 12 years encompassing large scale residential and commercial projects. Along with hardcore design & Planning management skills focused on improving space with Lifestyle at every stage of planning, she has shown special interest and acumen in establishing planning strategies and processes suited for each project with the objective of value for premium at optimum cost. She has proven skills and abilities in foreseeing urban development risks and mitigation strategies which has helped WKD Builders & Developers to have spacious but intelligently designed spaces with matching amenities, thus maximizing future appreciation and minimizing risk of obsolesce design. Being an urban as well as sustainable project management, makes him a highly valuable contributor in Design & Planning management.
